When you’re out on two wheels, your gear is your lifeline. From that trusted leather jacket to the helmet protecting your head, every piece of riding kit needs regular care and attention to perform when you need it most.
Whether you’ve logged thousands of kilometers this season or your kit has been gathering dust in the garage, we’re hosting our Gear Check Day on Saturday, 14 November, and you’re invited!
What Is Gear Check Day?
Think of it as a quick, no-pressure pit stop for your riding apparel.
Bring by whatever gear you use:
- Helmets: We’ll inspect shell integrity, visor mechanisms, seals, and inner liners for wear and aging.
- Jackets & Vests: We’ll check seams, abrasion zones, zippers, and ensure your CE armor inserts are sitting correctly.
- Boots: We’ll look over sole wear, ankle support, buckles, and leather condition.
Our team will give your gear a thorough visual inspection, point out any safety concerns or wear-and-tear, and offer advice on cleaning and maintenance.
Need Maintenance or Repairs? Book a Service on the Spot!
If something looks tired, damaged, or due for specialized care—like leather conditioning, waterproofing treatments, or armor upgrades—you’ll have the option to book a maintenance service directly with us during your visit.
(Attending the check and booking a service is completely optional—feel free to just drop in for a quick chat and a second pair of eyes on your kit!)
