Rider Longevity & Care

Sustainability & Gear Lifespan

Quality motorcycle riding gear should be repaired, maintained, and refreshed—not thrown away. Explore our workshop services, modular armor systems, and maintenance programs designed to keep your protective equipment safe on the road for years.

Safety Systems

Airbag Vest Canister Refills & Inspection

Modern tethered and electronic airbag vests don't need to be replaced after an inflation. Riders can safely replace the internal CO2 canister up to 3 to 5 times on their own using the supplied hex wrench.

After the third deployment, manufacturer safety standards mandate an internal bladder integrity check. Bring your vest into our workshop and we will test pressure seals, swap the canister, and recertify your airbag for the season.

Repairs & Tailoring

Gear Repair, Patching & Leather Alterations

A slide down the asphalt or a blown heavy-duty zipper does not mean your jacket or trousers belong in a landfill. High-denier Cordura and thick cowhide are built to withstand abuse and can easily be brought back to life.

We provide seam reinforcement, heavy-duty zipper replacements, abrasion panel patching, and modular CE knee/hip pad upgrades (D3O and SAS-TEC) to keep your favorite gear road-legal and protective.

Helmet Longevity

Helmet Refresh, Liners & Optical Care

A composite or carbon helmet shell has a certified lifespan of 5 years. However, interior cheek pads, crown liners, and fogged lenses degrade much faster due to sweat, heat, and daily road grime.

Instead of retiring an intact lid prematurely, we source and install OEM replacement cheek pads, new chin curtain vents, anti-fog Pinlock inserts, and fresh UV-rated visors to restore that out-of-the-box fit and clarity.

Adventure & Racing Boot Reconditioning

Soles grind down against aggressive footpegs, and magnesium sliders wear thin on track days. High-end touring, motocross, and race boots are intentionally built with modular, serviceable hardware.

We swap worn-out stitched soles, install new replaceable toe sliders, replace broken ratchet buckles, and treat heavy leather against water intrusion so your riding boots endure thousands of extra kilometers.
